You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided that:

• The product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact
• The item has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way
• The refund request is submitted within the 30-day window

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@saeskyn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label when applicable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.

Exceptions to Our Refund Policy

The following items are not eligible for refund:
